*If you submit a question (even last minute) that needs to be addressed prior to payment before end of day Sunday Jan 31, a Late Fee will NOT be applied.

What Qualifications are needed to play in Hudsonville LL?

You must live or attend a school within the Hudsonville LL Boundaries (or qualify for waiver if you have moved or changed schools).  If you have questions, or are not sure which league you should be in... please email Registrations@HudsonvilleLittleLeague.com with your address and school name/ address.

You must be League Age 4 to 16.  (Baseball is based on age as of 8-31-2021; Softball is based on age as of 12-31-2020)

  1. Evaluations: (No Rookie Evals) - Dates and Times are currently being determined (TBA)
  2. Teams will be announced soon after Evaluations are complete (about 1-2 weeks depending on number of Coaches registered)
  3. Practice schedules are typically released in mid-March
  4. Regular Season Games start on Friday April 23 and Regular Season ends on Thursday May 27  (Rookie ends Saturday June 5)
  5. Double Elimination Playoffs begin on Saturday May 29, second loss will be final game (excludes Rookie)
  6. Divisional All-Star Night is scheduled for Friday May 28
  7. All Star Tryout Date(s): TBA

Refund Policy:
·         Any request to remove a player and receive a full refund minus must be done prior to player evaluations.
·         Late Fees are non-refundable.
·         Any request to remove a player due to illness or injury must meet the approval of the HLL board.  Approved refunds will be handled as follows: 

  1. Refunds for payments made via PayPal/ Online will be minus $5.
  2. Refunds after evaluations will be $50
  3. Refunds after within the first 4 games will be $25
  4. There will be no refunds after the first 4 scheduled games have been passed
  5. Players not requiring evaluation may only receive full refund prior to the first day of evaluations.

·         All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

*In the event of a cancellation beyond the control of the league (i.e. pandemic); there will be a refund balance set up minus $25.  This is necessary for the league to cover spring/summer maintenance and other annual administration costs that are necessary for the league to survive.  The league may also need to determine timing of how refunds are handled, as they may need to be split in to separate dispursements based on timing of cancellation.

Heads Up Concussion Information

Parents and Coaches,
Effective July 1, 2013, the state of Michigan has adopted a "Sports Concussion Law".  All players must complete this form:http://michigan.gov/documents/mdch/Parentandathleteinfosheet_415328_7.pdf and give to their coaches as soon as possible.

A brief explanation of the law is as follows:

A concussion is a brain injury, caused by a blow, bump or jolt to the head that can have serious consequences. It can occur in any sport or recreational activity.

Michigan was the 39th U.S. state to enact a law that regulates sports concussions and return to athletic activity.  The law goes into full effect on June 30th, 2013.

The sports concussion legislation requires all coaches, employees, volunteers, and other adults involved with a youth athletic activity to complete a concussion awareness on-line training program.

Edit My Account

 Logging into your personal account on our site.  Please click the "Edit My Account" button on the lower left menu and then enter your email address only, it will send you a password for your account.  

You can then go in and edit the options available, such as text messaging, e-mailing notification regarding games, pubic/private/roster viewing of your info (please use Roster if not a coach), etc.  This screen also links to all members of your family as well.

While at this screen, you are also able to update your contact information so Hudsonville Little League always has the most up-to-date info.  If you want multiple emails on your account, please put a semicolon ";" after the first email and then enter the second email.  

To change any information in the registration system that your child is signed up for follow these steps:

  • Register Online, select the Division your child is signed up in.
  • Sign in with email/password if not already signed in
  • Your family info will be listed, click on the edit icon to left of name
  • Click 'Submit' after confirming contact info is correct
  • The questionnaire will come up and allow changes.
